Did Dean McDermott And Tori Spelling Reach A Compromise?

After Dean McDermott's nasty accident while riding his dirt bike last month, he promised his wife, Tori Spelling, that he would give up the hobby. Today Dean was spotted heading home with a new Triumph motorcycle.
I wonder if the new motorcycle is a compromise of sorts? If it were me, I'd be a little nervous, especially when Dean is probably still healing from his injuries. Where's his helmet? Do you think Tori should at least ask him to wear one for a little added protection???
Maybe Tori doesn't even know about the bike yet. She tweeted that she was attending an engagement lunch with friends today. LOL. Nah, that's a pretty major purchase, I'm guessing they discussed it beforehand.
